Order processing time is 2 to 5 business days. This includes preparing and packing the painting for shipping. Once shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number. -
Shipping Method
The paintings will be shipped via third-party courier services. The type of service and cost will depend on the delivery location and the shipping method selected during the checkout process. -
Shipping Responsibility
We want to inform you that once the painting has been handed over to the courier and left our facilities, we are not responsible for its condition upon arrival. If the package is damaged or has any issues during shipping, we recommend contacting the courier directly with the tracking number to file a claim. -
Recommendations

Be sure to check the condition of the package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, it's a good idea to take photos before signing for it.

If your painting arrives in unexpected condition, although we assume no direct responsibility, we are happy to guide you through the process with the courier service to ensure the best possible resolution.

Return and exchange policy
We are proud to offer you unique and carefully crafted pieces of art. However, since each product is a personalized and exclusive work, we would like to clarify the terms of our exchange and return policy.

No changes or returns are accepted.
Due to the unique, personalized nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns under any circumstances. This includes paintings that have been delivered as ordered, regardless of the reason. -
Please check carefully before purchasing
We encourage you to review all the details of your order, including frame specifications, size, and any other important details, before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or returned. -
Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is in the event of a shipping error, such as the shipment of an incorrect or factory-defective frame. If this is the case, please contact us within the first 5 business days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly. -
Custom works
Artworks made to order or customized cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. Be sure to confirm all details of your order before placing it.
